We were in Barcelona last Easter and it was a really great visit - although we went with our 2 teenage boys, so that means that there&#39;s a limit to the hours in the day that we can look at cultural stuff. :0) (Some day they will thank us...!) We currently live in Budapest and are also Canadian - will you be coming this far? Back in the Franco days, when a person was caught speaking Catalan or offending Franco&#39;s regime in really any way, they were taken to that square and shot. All the holes in the wall are from those executions. I love the contrast of that place&#39;s history and the happy children playing that.
