After blitzing through unpacking and moving into our new apartment last month, I thought that I would have no problem putting the finishing touches on our place. Well, as it turns out, that was rather optimistic because my progress slowed down significantly once Mike and I started working again. Our bedroom remains furniture-less and we still have some work to do in our living room. That being said, a big item was crossed off my to do list last weekend when I painted an old frame I had found (where else but) in the garbage last Spring. It motivated me to finally purchase some bookshelves and put away a bunch of knick-knacks that were still hanging out in boxes. The once bare wall and gilded frame are now filled with things that inspire me and old mementos. In other words, I've organized our old crap.

Love. Those. Mugs.
Looks amazing!! Great set-up, Marie-Eve. I love those mugs too :) They're hilarious! I just started on my office too, except I've lived here for TWO YEARS so I could really use some of your motivation ;) Funny, I also recently put up a big frame we found in the garbage - back-mounted it with cork and filled it with inspiration. A good start. Come help me finish the rest? ;) xo
Genius with the frame. I salvaged a not-my-style print in an AMAZING frame about 4 years ago, and have been waiting for inspiration. Think it just struck. Thanks!
love the mugs!!!!

i am dying over those mugs! but even more amazing is that the pen placement is color coded. that is office decorationg perfection if you ask me!
