inside Habitat 67

I was browsing Poetic Home when I came across pictures of one of Montreal's landmarks, Habitat 67. Turns out she had found a vacation rental inside the building and it offers a glimpse inside this incredible landmark. For those of you who aren't familiar with Habitat 67, it's an apartment complex built by reknowned architect Moshe Safdie for the World's Fair Exhibition in 1967. The project was designed to create affordable housing with close but private quarters, each equipped with a garden. Well, now these quarters are far from affordable and very much coveted by design/architecture aficionados in this city. I don't blame them, the views of the St-Lawrence are spectacular and it's minutes from downtown and despite being nearly 50 years old. I've always been fascinated by Habitat 67 so I was thrilled to peek into one of these unique residences.
