My mother got married in a purple dress so I can't help but feel like it's a great colour for any bride. Especially when it's worn with a vintage fur stole. (via Style Me Pretty)

I've never seen a purple dress on a bride but I love it. I'm so happy that women are breaking rules -- I've always wanted a blue dress for my wedding. There's something so chic about her look too (I think it's the vintage fur).
I also got married in a purple dress and that was nearly 30 years ago.
