I wasn't going to blog about this because my pictures are so terrible but it's too delicious not to share! I discovered this recipe for corn chowder back in college in an old Vegetarian cookbook (see dirty picture of the actual page) and I've been making it ever since. Now I substitue the parsley for fresh cilantro and I always add very sharp cheddar. It never disappoints!
