Hidden Market

This Montreal dining experience is like no other (and was in fact created with tourists in mind). The concept here is that you reserve your table at Hidden Market via email and then get the address sent back to you-at the very last minute and only once the reservation is confirmed. You know only that the location is near the Jean Talon Market (in Little Italy) and it is in the private home of the chef/sommelier. Being next to market means access to the best, freshest produce in town and the concept is that the meals use seasonal ingredients. What a neat idea!!
